Shipping & Delivery

Every order is packed by hand from our atelier in Bangalore and shipped via Delhivery — a nationwide courier we trust for tracked, insured delivery to any serviceable pincode in India.

Shipping rate: flat ₹100per order in most cases, anywhere in India. Larger or heavier orders (multiple chuda sets, bulk rakhi) may attract a top-up — we’ll confirm the exact amount before dispatch.

Dispatch time

Ready-stock orders are packed and handed to Delhivery within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Made-to-order or customised pieces (name-etched, colour-matched sets) take 3–7 business daysto craft before dispatch; we’ll flag the exact ready-by date on WhatsApp when the order is confirmed.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, Delhivery typically delivers within:

  • Bangalore (local): 1–2 days
  • Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata): 3–5 days
  • Tier-2 and non-metro cities: 4–7 days
  • Remote / rural pincodes: 5–10 days

Festive-season traffic (Rakhi, Diwali, wedding season) can add 1–2 days across the board — we recommend ordering at least a week ahead of your date if you have a hard deadline.

Tracking

As soon as the AWB (waybill) is generated by Delhivery, we send you a tracking link over WhatsApp. You can also open the shipping page on your receipt QR to see the latest scan.

Serviceability

We ship to every pincode Delhivery serves in India — that’s almost every populated location in the country. If your pincode is not serviceable, we’ll flag it before you pay so you’re not stuck waiting on a refund.

Shipping charges beyond ₹100

  • Multiple chuda / kaleere sets: heavier packs may add ₹50–₹150 depending on weight; we quote exactly before dispatch.
  • Express delivery: if you need it faster than standard Delhivery Surface, we can push to Express for a top-up (typically ₹100–₹200 above the flat rate depending on distance).
  • International shipping: not offered directly at this time. If you have a UK / US / GCC address, please WhatsApp us — we occasionally arrange these on request.

What happens if a shipment is lost or damaged?

Every Delhivery parcel is insured. If your order is lost in transit (no scan updates for 5+ days) or arrives damaged, WhatsApp us with the AWB and a photo — we file the courier claim and either resend the item or refund in full, whichever you prefer.

Cash-on-delivery (COD)

COD is available on eligible pincodes and orders under ₹5,000. Some pincodes are prepaid-only; the checkout will flag this when the address is entered.
